Onehunga homes and what they need
For apartments, we deal with the body corporate on repairs, access and rules, and make sure tenants have the body corporate rules. For Onehunga's villas and older houses, the usual Healthy Homes items apply: insulation, moisture barriers, extractor fans and heating sized for the living area.
