Is the appraisal really free?
Yes, and there's no obligation to use us afterwards.
How do you work out the rent?
We use current Tenancy Services bond data for your suburb, what similar properties are listed and leasing for now, and the features of your property: bedrooms, bathrooms, parking, outdoor space and condition.
Do you need to visit the property?
For the most accurate figure, yes. If you'd like a quick estimate first, we can give you a desktop appraisal from the address and a few details.
