Marketing your rental
A rent appraisal so the price is right from day one, a professional listing on Trade Me Property and other sites, and viewings handled by us.
Checking every applicant
Credit check, references, ID, rental history and a Tenancy Tribunal order search. You choose from a shortlist, with our recommendation.
Paperwork done properly
Tenancy agreement with all the required statements, including the Healthy Homes compliance statement, and the bond lodged with Tenancy Services.
Ready for move-in
An ingoing inspection with a detailed photo report, so you have a clear record if there's ever a bond claim.

What does letting only cost?
1 week's rent + GST (minimum $499 + GST), charged when the tenancy starts. If we don't find you a tenant, there's no fee.
Can tenants be charged a letting fee?
No. Since December 2018 it's been illegal to charge tenants letting fees in New Zealand. The fee is paid by the landlord.
What happens after the tenant moves in?
You manage the tenancy yourself: rent, repairs, inspections and notices. We can still do your inspections if you'd like, and you can move to full management at any time.
