Albany homes and what they need
Newer homes are often easier to bring up to the Healthy Homes Standards, but they still need the paperwork: heater calculations, insulation details and extractor fan specifications. We make sure that's in place before the first tenancy.
Albany also has a strong apartment and room market near the university and busway. One-bedroom apartments had a median of $498 a week and two-bedrooms $600. Three-bedroom houses had a median of $750, and five-bedroom homes $1,080.
